  Employee's were rude to me. Tried to tell me I couldn't wash my car for their advertised price and offered a near double the cost quote as my only option which I regret taking as my car was still fairly dirty afterwards. I don't usally write reviews BUT I would not recommend this place to anybody.

  I was servered by a rude employee who tried to haggle me to pay $55 for the $35 basic wash of a small car as advertised all over their website and signs. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. This car wash was a terrible experience to never be repeated..

  Public Service Announcement: Anyone thinking about getting their car washed at the Summit Carwash/Valet in Macarthur Square rethink going there. Today we got our car washed there (car is only a week old) and what we came back to was 3 giant scratches across our front bonnet along with other chips (car was inspected before the wash & no scratches at all were found). We asked to speak to management who pretty much told my husband that they didn’t do it and take no responsibility, we then asked for the owners details and were told to get our car out of their area and leave. I’m currently heavily pregnant and had the male manager in my face screaming at me saying he was not giving any details. After 30mins of arguing they finally gave us a name and number for a business owner, no refund offered. I’ve never in my life experienced that treatment and lack of customer service and would hate for anyone else to have this happen to them. Also they go by various business names so online it is Shine Your Ride Carwash but at the actual shopping centre their signs now say Summit Carwash and Valet.

  Rude arrogant seem to enjoy driving customers cars into objects and using the line it was already there. Brand new cars don’t come with dings and paint missing

  Left my car there today and come back to a half ass job, lazy job on the vacuuming, didn’t even bother doing the seats, dust still on the dashboard will not be back and won’t recommend... lazy ass job but paid top $$ no wonder you want money before showing the car..
